Connecting to the Local Church

We want you to be connected to the local church to grow as a disciple of Jesus.

Missional Communities

One of the key components of growing in your relationship with Christ is to walk in community with other believers. You are able to do this through missional communities. We have MCs for everyone. Our MCs meet at different times throughout the week in homes and also at the church.

One on One Discipleship

One on One Discipleship is a six month partnership of learning what it means to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ. In this process you will learn how to study God’s word on a daily basis and then live it out. Other aspects of growth in this process include the following: learning how to biblically pray, establishing a basic biblical theology, learning how to lead your family through Bible teaching, actively taking part in sharing the Gospel, taking part in local and foreign missions, and leading others through the same process! If you would like to be a part of the One on One Discipleship process, click here.

The EDGE Student ministry

You are invited to come get plugged into a dynamic ministry that focuses on teenagers engaging in God’s Word. Every Wednesday at the church we have The Edge, which is our student worship service, from 6:30-8:00. This is for all students in grades 6-12. The night usually consists of praise & worship with our youth band and a Bible study led by our Youth Pastor Dan Walsh. We also have Middle School Small Groups that meet from 9-10:15 in the Quad on Sunday mornings and the High School meets at the Rooney House in Amelia National on Sunday nights

from 5:30-7:30.

Children's Ministry

Colossians 2: 2-4, 6-7 “That their ears may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God’s mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. I say this in order that no one may delude you with plausible arguments.”

“Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught abounding in thanksgiving.”

Our goal is to provide a safe, secure environment to foster your child’s spiritual growth. Our children’s ministry is dedicated to Kindergarteners-5th graders and is driven by the desire to not only share Christ, but to also instill a strong biblical foundation within their lives. We do this by engaging them in worship through music, sound biblical teachings, mission opportunities, and social gatherings. We pray that the children not only learn about Jesus but gain an understanding of community. Our hope is that this experience gives them the desire to love God and glorify Him in all that they do.  You’re invited!
